The struggle is real y'all

Every time I've done one of those personality tests it shows I'm 50/50 right brain/left brain. It's like having a free spirit on one shoulder and an uptight accountant on the other. Fully embracing your creative side (for me) means throwing caution to the wind, happy accidents and wild abandon. But damn that practical side wants everything to line up, make sense, color within the lines and be rational. This week I've been focusing a lot of time on trying to loosen up, paint without overthinking. It's much harder than I expected to turn off the voice of that damn accountant!
